Manasa Rehabilitation and Training Centre Celebrates World Environment Day
Manasa Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Pamboor and Abharana Jewellers Udupi jointly celebrated World environment day on June 05, 2025.
The Abharana Team lead by Mr Dinesh Shettigar joined the programme and, speaking on the occasion appreciated the efforts of Manasa in rehabilitating, inculcating skills and teaching the special children the basic needs on day to day basis. The patience and endurance present in the entire institute is what he applauded being the parent of an intellectually disabled child.
The Abharana team donated a huge wall clock to Manasa and distributed saplings to parents, students and teachers. The team joined in planting saplings in the campus along with teachers and students. The students presented theme based awareness programmes on environment conservation, class wise and a few cultural events on the theme nature and mother earth.
Mr Joseph Noronha, Secretary MRTC thanked Abharana team for their association with Manasa in various ways. Mr Henry Menezes, President presided over the programme.
