Our journey, which began over three decades ago as a humble seed sown by the Catholic Sabha, Mangalore & Udupi Diocese, and nurtured by the Holy Spirit Sisters alongside our dedicated trustees, has grown into a beacon of hope and transformation for the differently-abled.
Manasa is not merely an institution but a family—one united by love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to nurturing the innate strengths and talents of our special children. We strive to empower them with confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to navigate life with dignity and joy. This has been possible only through the selfless efforts of our trustees, Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff, the care of our spiritual advisors, the support of benefactors and well-wishers, and the enduring faith of parents who trust us with their most precious treasures—their children.
To the parents of our children: your courage and unconditional love inspire us daily. It is your belief in your child’s potential and in Manasa’s mission that fuels our determination to do better and reach higher. You remind us that every small step forward is a leap of hope for a brighter future.
Under my tenure as President and Managing Trustee, it has been my constant prayer and earnest endeavor to see Manasa grow not only in size but also in its impact. Together, we aim to build an inclusive society where every differently-abled individual is embraced and celebrated for their uniqueness.
